Abstract

The economy of the Republic of Serbia for years following major problems, as problems related to the privatization process began long ago, through the recovery of the global economic crisis, problems related to all segments of economic reform, but also social and political sectors. The financial system, and within it, and financial institutions, how they function, and the same level of development, play a key role in the economy, through the allocation of economic resources, efficiently, on time and in space, allowing expansion of the real sector activity and its optimum development.
