Abstract

Hedge funds are a special type of investment funds its operations with very high yields.Gather very rich investors willing to take risks. Use the technique of hedging and imju high level of indebtedness relative to their own resources. Offer their investors high yields and high risk. Speculative activities of hedge funds have a negative impact on market liquidity. In developed market economies there has been a great expansion of hedge funds. Inadequate regulation of hedge funds with a very aggressive strategy in the future will also be a risk to the environment.
